She takes a 360 degree approach to make sure that not only is your membership portal or marketing automation set up properly and is what you asked for but we go above and beyond and strategize with YOU the best way to do things for your target market and your business. A Certified Online Business Manager, Kimberly helps consultants, coaches, bloggers, authors, and SaaS founders free themselves up to concentrate on their zone of genius by managing the day-to-day projects, operations, team members, and metrics. She also brings to the team her many years of experience offering writing, editing, social media/marketing management, and tech services, plus a background in music, theatre, education, and admin.


A WordPress aficionado, she has run her own websites since 2008 and built websites for clients. She also runs her local WordPress Meetup.

- Jodie Burdette

Jodie is my go-to person when we have any WordPress needs and the team techie. . She specializes in creating websites, editing websites, website security and has an amazing eye for design.

She knows all the systems and tools to make your business look great and function smoothly (and automatically) online. Her greatest areas of expertise are in web design with a marketing eye and how to best integrate all the various email marketing, shopping cart and other online systems with your website so it all flows together beautifully and effectively.

Laura has been a Certified Partner for Infusionsoft/Keap for over 10 years and is CustomerHub Certified. She is also Certified for ActiveCampaign.

She works with a wide variety of applications and plugins and loves the challenge of learning and applying new skills.

Laura loves working with businesses and helping them automate their sales and marketing processes and enjoys the opportunities to work with a wide variety of people and companies.

- Janelle Bledsoe

Janelle has a wide range of experiences and certifications. She is a ClickFunnels Certified Partner, Certified Online Business Manager and formerly an Infusionsoft Certified Partner and Memberium Certified Partner. She has 13+ years experience in operations and IS/IT for a national telecom company. Her experience includes everything from budget planning and project management for multiple offices to customer service and all things IT related, including network administration. She holds A+, Net+ and MCSA certifications as well as CPCC life coaching certification from CTI.

- Karter Livingston

Karter has been working as a virtual assistant, doing graphics, video editing and email campaigns and the like from a young age. After graduating with an associate’s degree in Merchandise Product Development, they have pursued coding to keep themselves busy. Karter is experienced in Infusionsoft, Click Funnels, the Adobe suite and multiple coding languages.

After gaining experience in education, public relations and publishing, Christina set out to work for herself as a freelance copywriter. As a virtual assistant, freelance copywriter and social media content creator, Christina has worked with mom, restaurant and fashion blogs, business newsletters, a biotech recruiting company, personal and business coaches, a home renovation company, an online marketing team, and more.
